COMMUNICATION THAT HELPS PEOPLE UNDERSTAND YOUR PURPOSE

Outreach Communication

Purpose-led organisations need communications that help people understand their work, recognise their impact and know how to get involved.

We help charities, non-profits and community organisations bring their websites, branding, campaigns and printed materials together. Whether you're engaging local communities, communicating with supporters or delivering outreach, we create clear, consistent communications that support the work you do.

How we work

OUR APPROACH

01 · CONCEIVE

We begin by understanding your mission, the people you support and the outcomes you want to achieve. We identify how your communications can explain your work, build understanding and engage the people who matter to your organisation.

02 · COLLABORATE

Working with your team and stakeholders, we develop creative solutions that communicate your purpose clearly while respecting your resources, organisational priorities and the communities you serve.

03 · CONSTRUCT

We produce the websites, branding, campaigns and communication materials needed to present your work consistently, support community engagement and help you communicate your impact.

DIFFERENT PURPOSE-LED ORGANISATIONS HAVE DIFFERENT NEEDS

OUR SECTORS

No two organisations operate in exactly the same way. Your audiences, activities, resources and communication priorities shape what you need, so our approach is built around the organisation rather than a fixed package.

NTCG CLAPHAM COMMUNITY OUTREACH

FEATURED PROJECT
ntcg-west-croydon-website-showcase

NTCG Clapham carries out outreach within the Stockwell community, creating opportunities to meet local residents, build relationships and provide practical community-facing support.

Synergise Media has supported this work with a range of communications designed specifically for use by the outreach team on the estate, including pull-up display materials, worker identification, flyers and screen visuals.

THE CHALLENGE

Community outreach happens face to face, so communications need to work differently from a conventional marketing campaign.

The team needed practical materials that would help establish their presence, make outreach workers clearly identifiable and give residents confidence in who they were engaging with. At the same time, individual pieces needed to feel connected to the wider organisation rather than appearing as unrelated materials.

THE APPROACH

We developed communications around the practical situations the outreach team encounters.

A pull-up banner provides a clear and recognisable presence when the team is working within the community. ID cards help identify outreach workers while they are on the estate. Flyers provide flexible materials for particular activities and messages, while screen visuals support communications in other settings.

Rather than treating each requirement as a standalone design job, the aim is to maintain a consistent visual identity across the different ways the outreach team communicates.

THE OUTCOME

NTCG Clapham now has a growing set of practical communications that can support its outreach activity across different environments.

The work demonstrates how relatively simple communication tools can work together to providevisibility, consistency and clear identification for teams working directly within a community.

YOUR COMMUNICATIONS DON'T WORK IN ISOLATION

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Your website, printed materials, campaigns, events and community-facing communications all contribute to how people understand your organisation.

We help bring those elements together so that whether someone encounters you online, at an event, through a leaflet or face to face in the community, they experience a clear and consistent organisation.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

A few straightforward answers to common questions about supporting charities, non-profits and community organisations.

Do you only work with registered charities?

No. We work with charities, Community Interest Companies, community organisations, programmes and other purpose-led organisations.

Can you work with a small community organisation?

Yes. The scope can be shaped around the size of the organisation, what you're trying to achieve and the support you actually need.

Can different projects or programmes have their own identity?

Yes. Where appropriate, we can create a distinct identity or digital presence for an individual programme while maintaining a clear relationship with the wider organisation.

Can you build separate pages or websites for our programmes?

Yes. The right structure depends on the organisation. Some programmes may only require a dedicated section within the main website, while others may benefit from a focused landing page or separate domain.

Can you help with more than our website?

Yes. Synergise Media also provides branding, digital marketing, print and publishing, and conference and event creative support.

Can you provide ongoing support?

Yes. Where appropriate, ongoing support can include managed hosting, website maintenance, content updates and other agreed creative or digital support.
